Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services of BrightBlade Burbank Artificial Grass, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Services We Provide

We provide artificial grass installation services for residential and commercial properties in Burbank, CA and surrounding areas. Our services include site preparation, turf installation, and post-installation maintenance guidance.

All services are provided based on written estimates that outline the scope of work, materials to be used, and total project cost. By accepting our estimate, you authorize us to proceed with the work as described.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the schedule outlined in your project estimate. We typically require a deposit before work begins, with the balance due upon project completion. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

If payment is not received within 30 days of the due date, we reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.

Project Timelines

We make every effort to complete projects within the estimated timeframe. However, timelines may be affected by weather conditions, material availability, or unforeseen site conditions. We will keep you informed of any delays and work to minimize disruptions.

You are responsible for ensuring clear access to the work area and removing any items that may interfere with installation. Delays caused by site access issues may extend the project timeline.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind the quality of our workmanship and materials. Installation work is warranted for one year from the date of completion. Artificial turf products come with manufacturer warranties that vary by product, typically ranging from 8 to 15 years.

Warranties do not cover damage caused by improper use, neglect, acts of nature, or modifications made by parties other than BrightBlade Burbank Artificial Grass. To maintain your warranty, you must follow the maintenance guidelines we provide.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for consequential or incidental damages arising from the installation or use of artificial grass.

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or approvals from homeowners associations, local authorities, or landlords before work begins. We can assist with this process but cannot guarantee approval.

Changes to Projects

If you request changes to the project scope after work has begun, we will provide a written change order detailing the additional cost and timeline impact. Work on changes will not proceed until you approve the change order.

We reserve the right to make minor adjustments to installation methods based on site conditions, provided the end result matches the agreed-upon specifications.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel a project, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made before work begins may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative costs and materials already ordered. Deposits for cancelled projects are non-refundable if materials have been specially ordered for your project.

If we need to cancel or postpone work due to circumstances beyond our control, we will provide reasonable notice and work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of BrightBlade Burbank Artificial Grass and is protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce or distribute our content without written permission.

Privacy

Governing Law
